Refund policy

At Old School Magnets, your memories mean everything to us. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order—your photos and moments are too precious not to be proudly displayed.

Custom-made items (our magnets)

Because our magnets are custom-made using your personal photos, we don’t accept traditional returns or exchanges for these items.

However, if something isn’t right, we will make it right.

Remakes & replacements (no return required)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly remake or reproduce your order and ship it to you at no additional cost.

In most cases, we won’t ask you to return the item. To help us resolve it quickly, please include:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged)

Wrong item / missing item

If you received the wrong item or something is missing, please email us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations & changes

We begin production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately at order@oldschoolmagnets.com.
If production has already started, we may be unable to cancel or edit the order.

Non-returnable items

  • Custom-made / personalized items (including photo magnets)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If a return is required (rare cases)

In rare situations we may request a return for inspection. If that happens, we will provide instructions first—items sent back without contacting us may not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved (for example, if we cannot reproduce your order), it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank, but typically appear within 10 business days after approval.
