What is the return policy?
Because every Old School Magnets order is custom-made using your photos, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
That said — your memories matter. And if something about your order doesn’t feel right, we want to make it right.
If you’re unhappy with the quality of your magnets for any reason (printing issues, defects, or something that doesn’t match what you expected), please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll happily reprint and ship a replacement set at no additional cost.

Are any purchases final sale?
Because every Old School Magnets order is custom-made using your photos, purchases are final.
